POWER Support Group
The Center for Weight Management will host its next, six-week POWER Support Group session from 6 to 7:30 p.m. every Thursday, Feb. 11 through March 18.
Each session focuses on POWER tools (Protein first, Optimism, Water, Exercise, and Resist grazing) and include opportunities for weigh-ins, goal setting, and staying accountable for progress made.
